Naruto - Sushi and more in Kempten

Ordered 4 different dishes and sushi online today. Entered the time slot and exactly to the minute my order was ready. Friendly edition. Food was excellent and sufficient. We can only recommend it.

Delicious sushi and delicious summer rolls

Please excuse my German. I am from America and used google translate to write my review. Been there 3 times and one of the better sushi places in the area. but the service is terrible. I have left this restaurant 3 times and feel like they are doing me a favor. My wife and I went there for the first time with our little baby with a stroller. When they saw the stroller, they said they had no vacancies, but there were enough vacancies. The waiter was very rude and almost irritated that we asked for a seat. Next time we ordered takeout. I get the front and wait or and he's on his phone and he sees that I'm there but he just keeps playing with his phone. Then he finally tells me that I'm right about you. Now we get to the part where I have to pay and the bill was over $ 22 and he tells me that I can only use one credit card with a minimum order of $ 25. So my wife politely says please just charge 25 and use the credit card. He basically says no, again very rude and rude. This is the last time I go there. My wife was feeling very bad and we went to the bank because we didn't have cash with us to pick up the food. I told him to have a sign about the minimum fee of 25 as this is not common, especially during Corona time when restaurants are closed and more people take out food. I will tell everyone I know how bad the service is and it is better to go to a place where you feel respected as a customer.

Reserved a table for my kids and me online. When I arrived the waiter (possibly also the owner) said the reservation was for tomorrow. I showed him the valid reservation for today on my cell phone. First he just left us and talked to other employees - then we were shown to one of the numerous free tables without an excuse for the waiting time or the like. In retrospect, I was annoyed that I didn't just leave right away. I will definitely never eat there again!

Popped in here for lunch on the way on vacation. The prices are adapted to the quality of the food. It was definitely worth it. The sushi was delicious and the homemade drinks are very refreshing. If we are back in the area we will definitely come again!

Very very tasty sushi! Fresh fish and really well presented. In general there are many Japanese specialties: Edamame, Summer Rolls, Spring Rolls, Miso Soup, Gyoza .... It may be good to know that you can only pay with a card from 25 €. The dishes are not cheap but definitely worth the money. For dessert there are delicious baked banana or coconut balls. The atmosphere inside is very nice, but you can also sit outside. The staff was friendly. All around satisfied! ?

very very unfriendly service staff! An elderly gentleman served us unkindly and suggested that we go if we didn't like his style. Only bad! Kempten Anami only recommendable! Very friendly!

Best Vietnamese restaurant I've been to! We like to eat here often and often because it reminds us of our Vietnam trip. The Vietnamese spring rolls, the lukewarm rice noodles (also delicious with duck) and the dry pho are highly recommended. It didn't taste any better in Hoi An or Hue! There is also great sushi at fair prices (especially in the lunch menu)

To date, we have always enjoyed being in Naruto. We especially enjoyed sushi in the evenings in front of the cinema. Today we wanted to sit outside and have a drink. When we wanted to order something to drink, the staff member told us, relatively unkindly, that we had to go because you could only sit outside if you ordered food. I find it absolutely unfriendly. The next time we get the sushi in the supermarket. We then found a seat in the Hawaii bar.

Very nice, well-kept atmosphere. Fresh real flowers on the tables. Very centrally located super delicious and quickly prepared food. The waiter was quick and very friendly. The sushi was delicious. Price / performance ratio was absolutely fine. There is a lunch menu until 5 p.m. The summer rolls were also super fresh and the hoisin sauce was prepared in-house. Gladly again!

Is a super store and just when you Sushi quickly cooked want. It takes about 10 - is completed 15 minutes to complete the Sushi Box. The taste really great and is one of the best Asian stores here in Kempten. The atmosphere is also inviting and clean although I must say that I just sit there briefly wait for the Sushi to take away. I find it inexpensive for the quality and the location.

Great service, quality food

It's not a Japanese place. It's an Asian place, which happens to sell sushi along with pho and other Vietnamese dishes. Please don't come here expecting a proper Japanese restaurant. The sushi was OK. Quality compared to the sushi sold in Japanese supermarkets :)

Very, very delicious! The breaded chicken meat was very light and not as greasy as you know it! The sushi's were prepared very fresh and fast. Service was very friendly and the decor was very very comfortable. All in a merit 5 stars. PS. : homemade lemonades were also delicious. 32 sushi's, a chicken dish with rice plus 2 homemade lemonades 42 €. So totally legitimate!

Terrible service, terrible food, don't go!!!!!!!!!

This establishment is greeted by a very modern facility. There is a whopping selection of delicious Japanese dishes and delicious home-made drinks. The portions are just perfect, not too big, not too small. Would definitely go back here.

Best Asian food in Kempten

Food was great - our table had pho, fried rice, sweet & sour chicken as well as sushi. Everyone enjoyed it. The service was abysmal - the waitress didn't seem to know the menu, didn't want to give recommendations, and was rude when I wanted to pay with credit card - "next time, tell me first" - I just gave her my card when she presented me with a bill on a mobile device, when else do I tell her? Really too bad, but the bad service makes me question if I will go back or not, despite the great food.

Excellent food, quite affordable. Bathrooms are clean and up to snuff. We eat here almost every time we visit Kempten. Service can be a bit slow/gruff. I don't really mind, just don't go there expecting sterling waiting.

super nice! I love spinach with sesame oil which is not served this way here but hey!
